Check Out and Return Policy in CBMC Library- All to-be-check-out materials may be loaned for 2 weeks. A maximum of 3 items (e.g. 2 books, and 1 video tape) may be checked out to a patron at any time.
- All to-be-check-out items may be renewed Once Only. Renewals should be done in person at the Library.
- All books and materials marked “Reference” are NOT allowed to be checked-out, please use them only inside the library.
- All items in the library are God’s properties managed by the church. Please cherish and protect them from damage. Be a good manager for God!
- CBMC reserves the right to request brothers and sisters for financial responsibility on any damaged and lost items.
Check Out and Return Procedure in CBMC Library- When you are ready to check out, please fill in the “Library Check out and Return Form” in the blue binder. PRINT ALL the information clearly.
- When you return any items, please put them back to the original place according to the “Account No.” The alphabet at front indicates the category of the items (Please refer to the index).
- Please print the return date on the form to signify that you have returned the items.
- If you have any questions regarding the check out and return procedure, please feel free to contact the church office.
